LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- A 21-year-old man has been arrested and is facing an attempted murder charge in connection with a shooting that wounded another man in the leg at a Las Vegas Strip casino parking garage, Metro Police said.

Garrickson Metayer was arrested after the 3:30 a.m. Saturday shooting on the Mirage parking tower's fourth floor, police said.

Metayer is in the Clark County Detention Center on a charge of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, detection center records show.
