Aqueduct Casino bid challenge rejected

NEW YORK -- A court case to prevent the Aqueduct casino seeking a bidder has been rejected, Bloodhorse reported.

Aqueduct Entertainment had challenged the current bidding process, after its previous "winning bid" was dismissed by the Governor, the Bloodhorse report said.

The Judge's decision means the process can move forward, Blood Horse said.

There is only one bidder -- Genting New York -- left in the current bidding process, Blood Horse reported.
