(PRESS RELEASE) -- BetVictor Poker has today rolled out a second BetVictor Club league – the Real Play League (RPL) – to run alongside the existing Free Play League (FPL).
As with the FPL, the RPL will run on a monthly basis but whereas the FPL is open to all Club members, eligibility for the RPL is restricted to those members that qualify by either finishing in the money in the previous month’s FPL or, finishing in the top 50% of the previous month’s RPL.
The RPL will therefore cater to a much smaller field but one with an overall higher level of skill making for a closer competition.
With the roll-out of the RPL also comes a new and associated Achievements category adding yet another level of competition for players as they strive for the kudos as well as the cash.
Since launching the Club in November 2012 BetVictor has continually improved both the functionality and the offering which in addition to the two leagues includes a Club forum, individual player profiles and statistics, the aforementioned achievements program, a unique refer a friend program, a raft of strategy articles, Facebook and Twitter connections and exclusive promotions such as Crush the Coach.
Andy Horne, head of poker at BetVictor said “The RPL has been implemented to provide a more competitive environment for the more serious player whilst still providing the same opportunities for all members to benefit from the €10,000+ in free prizes every month.”
