Caesars CEO says US companies won't get Macau gambling licences

31 October 2012

LAS VEGAS, Nevada and MACAO -- The chief executive officer of Caesars Entertainment speculated to an audience of investors yesterday that Macau will not issue US companies any further gambling licenses, according to a Bloomberg report.

Macau does not need the money is Loveman's explanation for the shift, the report said.

Caesars had once hoped to develop a casino-resort on a golf course that they own in Macau, the Bloomberg report noted.
