Circus and Eldorado settle bankruptcy litigation

RENO, Nevada -- The Silver Legacy Resort Casino announced a bankruptcy emergence plan, the Reno Gazette Journal reported.

The plan still needs to be approved by the local U.S Bankruptcy Court, but the plan includes a loan $70 million, the report explained.

The same management and ownership team will remain in place under the plan, the Reno Gazette Journal noted.
