England: Gaming groups shares rise

LONDON, England -- Shares rose in several gambling companies today as investors put their money on them, the Telegraph reported.

Ladbrokes rose 5.6p, bwin.party increased 3.9p, and William Hill saw 6.2p added to its share price, the report said.

Investors may be buoyed by speculation about the US legalizing online poker, the Telegraph noted.
