European Union addressing online gambling issues in action plan

BRUSSELS -- The European Union is publishing an action plan to deal with issues in the online gambling industry, Bloomberg report.

The action plan, due for publication tomorrow, is rumored to include areas such as: money laundering and also interrogating restrictions on cross border trade which are created by state gambling monopolies, the report said

The EU has already been called upon to investigate a number of cases, the Bloomberg report said.
