LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- The American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions (Reed) today released sales figures that show Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2013 is on target to have the event's largest trade show floor since 2008.
To date, more than 455 companies have registered for more than 285,000 square feet of exhibit hall space -- an increase of more than 25,000 square feet, or nearly 10 percent, over 2012 sales numbers. The 2013 event also will feature more than 110 new exhibitors in 23,000 square feet of exhibit space, and 77 international exhibitors in 46,000 square feet of event space.
G2E is the premier trade show and conference event for the international gaming entertainment industry and provides gaming professionals with access to cutting-edge products and technologies, valuable networking opportunities, and unmatched educational programming. The 2013 event will be held Sept. 23-26 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Some of the largest overall sales increases have been seen in the iGaming Zone, the destination for industry leaders looking to find cutting-edge suppliers and stay abreast of the latest developments in the sector. The iGaming Zone will feature more than 19 exhibitors in 2,900 square feet of event space-an increase of 1,100 square feet -- 61 percent -- over 2012. Between the iGaming Zone and the general trade show floor, iGaming exhibitors will be featured in more than 5,000 square feet of event space at G2E 2013.
The Food, Beverage and Hospitality Pavilion, which features products and services to help food and beverage executives enhance their menus and create the ultimate dining experience, also is seeing a large increase over 2012 sales numbers. More than 86 exhibitors with more than 5,153 square feet of event space will be in the Food, Beverage and Hospitality Pavilion-an increase of more than 2,353 square feet, or 84 percent, over 2012.
