BRITISH COLUMBIA -- A gambling addict has filed a lawsuit against the B.C. Lottery Corporation for failing to prevent her entry to BC casinos, the CBC reported.
Joyce Ross, a 56 year-old self-declared gambling addict, joined the BCLC self-exclusion program but alleges that BCLC failed to prevent her entering casinos, the report said.
Ross claims because of this BCLC failure she was able to continue gambling and lost all her life savings, CBC said.
