GIBRALTAR -- A legal challenge was launched in the courts against the UK's new gambling licensing regime, IFA Magazine reported.
The court challenge was filed by the Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association (GBGA), the report said.
The challenge to the Point of Consumption tax argues that it is unlawful and it interferes with the European Union's right to free movement of services, according to the IFA Magazine report.
