Hungarian woman waiting on prize since Christmas

HUNGARY -- A gambler has been waiting since Christmas for payment on a prize payout, Hungary News reported.

Ernoné Marics says she won a €25,000 machine prize, but the casino allegedly wouldn't pay her because there was insufficient funds in the house, the report said.

When she returned the following day, she alleges Casino Sopron insisted the machine was faulty or she cheated, Hungary News said.

Now the casino claims it's in discussion with the machine manufacturer to determine whether the machine was working or not, Hungary News reported.
