DUBLIN, Ireland -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- The annual paddypowerpoker.com Irish Poker Open Mega Satellite takes place this Sunday, March 10 at 20:00 CET with 30 Irish Open packages up for grabs.
Each package is worth EUR3,200, making a total of EUR96,000 guaranteed by Paddy Power Poker.
The no-limit hold'em freezeout has a buy-in of EUR235 + EUR15 and each of the 30 packages offers a EUR2,000 + EUR250 buy-in to the Irish Open main event (Friday March 29 to Monday April 1, 2013), EUR395 for five nights accommodation and breakfast at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin from March 28 to April 2, EUR525 for flights and spending and EUR30 for handling fees.
Players can still qualify for the Irish Open Mega Satellite for a fraction of the actual buy-in cost through the daily feeders at Paddy Power Poker taking place at 10:50, 16:50, 19:15, 21:00 and 23:15 CET. The feeders have a variety of buy-ins to suit every pocket, from EUR8.80 to EUR41.80.
There are also four Stage 1 Sit 'N' Go Feeder Satellites each day with buy-ins of EUR15.40, EUR30.80, EUR68.75 and EUR131.25, each with one seat to the March 10 Mega Satellite guaranteed.
Elsewhere players can celebrate the fact that the starting stack for this year's Irish Open main event has been increased from 20,000 to 30,000 chips, offering more play and better value.
