Isle of Capri in final stretch to new Missouri casino

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri -- The Isle of Capri's on the final furlong with its new Cape Girardeau casino, according to a Missourian

The Isle of Capri's new Cape Girardeau casino will open Oct 30, 2012, once it secures a license from the Missouri Gaming Commission, the report explained.

The process requires a presentation to the commission and some other procedures before the $135 million casino can present its 1,000 slot machines, 28 table games and five restaurants to the public, the Missourian reported.
