MINNESOTA -- A legislative committee voted to ban scratch tickets at gas stations and online, the Star-Tribune reported.
The Minnesota State Lottery expressed disappointment at the vote, the report said.
If approved the move could cost the state lottery up to $30 million in revenue, the Star-Tribune report said.
