MINNESOTA -- The Minnesota State Lottery plans to expand into online sales, the Star-Tribune reported.
The lottery wants to offer e-versions of scratch games, the report said.
The lottery will limit the amount an online players can spend to $50 a week, but the plan has already come in for stern criticism from gambling opposition, according to the Star-Tribune report.
