(PRESS RELEASE) -- Maintaining Title 31 compliance is streamlined at the Hacienda Hotel and Casino now that NEWave, the leading compliance and efficiency software supplier to the gaming industry, has installed its award-winning eLearning software at the Boulder City, Nevada, property.
NEWave’s eLearning software, NWJE University, is a joint production with JOSEPH EVE CPAs. The online training program was recently named to the 2013 list of Casino Journal’s Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products.
“Casino operators across the country are using our NWJE University software to train casino staff on the importance of Title 31, in compliance with mandates within Title 31. Our clients tell us they like the software’s consistency in training, interactivity, and automated notifications of when testing is due,” said NEWave COO Tom Bechtel. “Our clients also tell us that their staff members enjoy the flexibility of being able to train at a time when it’s most convenient, which only web-based training can offer.”
Developed in conjunction with JOSEPH EVE CPAs, NEWave’s NWJE University uses technology to help operators save time, save money, meet compliance requirements and ensure essential training is delivered consistently. Using web-based protocols, NWJE University lets casino staff complete necessary training on a schedule that works for them, regardless of shift day or time, anywhere they have an internet connection.
This innovative learning method even tests online and automatically sends notifications when re-testing is due, eliminating the need for paper tracking and eliminating any potential possibility of fines for non-compliance due to training lapses.
