Pennsylvania to examine online gaming

TRENTON, New Jersey -- Industry analysts may feel he's optimistic but Gov. Chris Christie maintains he thinks that online gambling will generate $1 billion, the Star-Ledger reported.

Christie stood behind his predictions at a press conference, the report said.

Estimates of accounts created in the first week of internet gaming were put at 37,277 accounts by Division of Gaming Enforcement, according to the Star-Ledger report.
