Play Ball with the MGM Grand Detroit

DETROIT, Mich., April 7 (Press Release) - MGM Grand Detroit Casino is providing shuttle service to every Detroit Tigers home game at Comerica Park beginning Tuesday, April 11.

Guests will be dropped-off and picked-up at the Detroit Tigers Grand Circus Circle at the corner of Witherell and Adams Streets. The MGM Grand Comerica Park Shuttle can be boarded from the MGM Grand Third Street entrance (or bus lobby). The shuttle between MGM Grand Detroit Casino and Comerica Park will operate two hours before game time and run continuously until two hours after the game. Guests can purchase the $4 shuttle service tickets up to two hours before any game at the Third Street lobby window.

MGM Grand Detroit Casino's Director's Club guests can receive a refund by turning in their validated stub with their Director's Club card at any cashier's cage window. Membership for MGM Grand's Director's Club is free. Receiving free shuttle service is another advantage for guests to sign up for MGM Grand's Director's Club membership. Guests participating in the shuttle service or MGM Grand Director's Club must be twenty-one years of age or older.

All shuttle service ticket holders will be eligible to win two tickets to see the next Detroit Tigers home game. A total of eighty-one home games will be played. To receive a chance to win Detroit Tigers tickets, complete the top portion of the shuttle ticket and drop it in the drum located in the Third Street lobby. Daily winners will be drawn one hour after the final shuttle has returned from Comerica Park.

All daily winners will be eligible to win a grand prize of two tickets for the 2001 Detroit Tigers' season games. The grand prize includes preferential parking and buffet meals. The grand prize drawing will take place at the endof the 2000 baseball season.
