SAMOA -- Samoa is not deterred on the prospects of licensing a casino despite a recent hiccup in plans, Reuters reported.
The small country had been in discussions with a chinese company Exhibitions Tourism Group, but allegations of corruption derailed any prospective partnership, the report explained.
In 2010 the government legislated for two casino licenses after the country's economy was hit by devastating weather events, according to Reuters.
