Star City workers reject pay offer

SYDNEY, Australia — Star City Casino workers, who were on strike January 30-31, have voted against the casino's 2% pay rise offer, the Green Left Weekly reports.

Negotiations between workers and management have been ongoing for 8 months, the report said.

Top execs at the casino are paid $2.6 million and revenue for the last quarter was up, according to Green Left Weekly.
