The Detroit News reports that prosecutors said on Thursday that three owners of Internet gambling website Pinnacle Sports have been indicted, along with 22 other people, on charges that they were part of a betting ring that took tens of millions of dollars from people in America.
According to the Detroit News report, arrests took place Wednesday in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nevada and California as part of a sweeping investigation aimed at bookmakers and money couriers connected to Internet and phone gambling.
