Wales: Aspers Casino to close

SWANSEA, Wales -- Aspers Casino has announced it will cease operations on Thursday, the BBC reported.

The closure comes five years after the property opened, the report said.

100 employees will lose their jobs as a result of the closure, the BBC reported.

The company put the closure down to a lack of commercial viability, the report noted.
