(PRESS RELEASE) -- Sportsbetting giant William Hill Sportsbook & Racebook has made significant advances over the past few months to to expand all the way to Australia. While online services have always been on offer to Australians, the bookmaker has hoped to have a brick-and-mortar presence in the form of betting shops and localized services Down Under for quite some time. Its recent purchase of Tom Waterhouse has achieved just that, and coupled with its standout purchase of Sportingbet a mere five months ago, it seems that William Hill Sports will be opening its doors to Australians from their own turf any day now.
For the Moment CEO Ralph Topping has stated that the acquired businesses will keep operating under their existing names, with a decision regarding the Australian branding to be made in September. Aussies look out!
