Windsor Raceway wants to open facility in central Windsor

WINDSOR, Ontario -- Windsor Raceway's owners, Winrac Development, have filed an application to open a facility in central Windsor, CBC News reported.

The proposal is to operate an off-track betting facility in the new location, the report said.

The current off-track betting licence expires this week, CBC News reported.
