(PRESS RELEASE) -- Fontainebleau Las Vegas is bringing the flavors and feel of a New England summer to the resort with the debut of Nona’s Lobster Shack, a seasonal pop-up starting Saturday, Aug. 2, inside Promenade Food Hall. An homage to the beloved seafood shacks that dot the shores of Cape Cod, this limited-time concept features a takeout menu of seafood bites, sandwiches, sides, and Nona’s classics.
The Nona’s Lobster Shack menu includes lobster rolls served with Crab Chips; New England clam chowder; chilled Cajun crab dip; and shrimp cocktail; alongside classic summer sides like potato salad and coleslaw. Guests can also enjoy focaccia sandwiches and a handful of Nona’s fan-favorite sandwiches – oven roasted turkey, Italian tuna, fried chicken cutlet, and classic Italian
The limited-time pop-up will officially open August 2, Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ valet-validation program, available to guests dining at the resort’s world-class restaurant and bar collection, shopping within retail spaces, or enjoying a treatment at Lapis Spa & Wellness.
