Fontainebleau Las Vegas introduces Sip & Savor
19 April 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the newest luxury resort to debut on the Strip, introduces ‘Sip & Savor’- a property-wide, expert pairing series. Priding itself on curating unique, luxury experiences for guests, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is teaming up with some of the most revered beverage partners in the world to bring exclusive dining events throughout the resort’s restaurant collection.
“At Fontainebleau Las Vegas, we aim to curate culinary experiences with our own signature touch of luxury,” says Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage, Anthony Olheiser. “‘Sip & Savor’ does just that – it takes guests on a thoughtful progression of flavors, aromas, and balancing textures throughout their culinary journey. By the end of the meal, guests will have learned how each pairing elevates every bite, and we’re thrilled at the opportunity to educate and answer questions along the way.”
The programming kicks off Monday, 20 May, with the Promontory Wine Dinner at Don’s Prime steakhouse. The inaugural ‘Sip & Savor’ dinner will feature six extremely rare vintage wines from Promontory, the Harlan family’s renowned winegrowing endeavor in the Napa Valley. Five of the six selections are sold out and largely unavailable to the marketplace; yet the Harlan family have pulled these vintages from their personal archive in order to share them exclusively at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for this ‘Sip & Savor’ dinner.
Seating for the Promontory Wine Dinner at Don’s Prime is limited and priced at $1,950 per guest. Reservations can be made online.
