Mohegan Sun’s Fall Showdown Tournament returns

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Stakes are high as the action heats up for Mohegan Sun’s annual Fall Showdown Tournament - taking place from Wednesday, 19 November through Saturday, 22 November. This no limit Texas Hold’em poker tournament has a $100,000 guarantee with a pay structure that awards the top 12%. Entry fee for players is $600 and participants will begin with 30,000 in tournament chips with an option to purchase a 5,000 chip dealer add-on for $10. On-site registration will take place in the Mohegan Sun Poker Room one hour before the start of each flight and will remain open until the beginning of level nine.

Fall Showdown Satellite Tournaments, which provide players with a shot at winning a seat at the Fall Showdown main event, are also taking place on Mondays, 3, 10, and 17 November at 6:00pm and Wednesdays, 5 and 12 November at 11:00am. Entry for these satellite tournaments is $155. Players will begin with 15,000 in tournament chips and play will continue until all winners are declared. Players will have a one in five chance in these special tournaments to advance to Mohegan Sun’s Fall Showdown Tournament.
