(PRESS RELEASE) -- Bettors in Arizona wagered approximately $663.9 million on sports and events in June of 2026, according to newly released reports by the Arizona Department of Gaming. This figure represents an approximate 22.3 percent increase year-over-year when compared to June 2025.
As a result of privilege fees that correspond to consumer activity in June, for fiscal year 2027 year-to-date, regulated event wagering and fantasy sports have generated approximately $3.2 million in privilege fees to the state – approximately $3.1 million from event wagering and $86,860 from fantasy sports.
Since the launch of legal sports betting in Arizona in 2021, people have wagered approximately $36.0 billion, generating approximately $193.7 million in event wagering privilege fees for the state.
The Department publishes monthly Event Wagering and Fantasy Sports Revenue Reports on its website, reflecting figures from licensed operators.
