Federal Court of Brazil rejects Spribe’s motion
3 September 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Federal Court of Brazil has rejected Spribe’s Motion for Clarification concerning the Court’s previous decision. Aviator Studio promptly responded to the motion on 14 August.
In its latest decision, the Federal Court of Brazil confirmed that the preliminary injunction remains in effect and clarified that any attempt to challenge the substance of the original decision must be pursued through the appropriate legal procedure.
Judge Arthur Pinheiro Chaves stated that, in order to properly challenge the merits of the decision, the appellant must use the appropriate procedural mechanism.
This means that Spribe’s Motion for Clarification did not result in any change to the existing decision or the effects of the preliminary injunction.
If Spribe wishes to continue challenging the decision, it may seek further review before the Federal Court of Appeals by filing an Interlocutory Appeal.
