IWG expands Rocket Jackpots to Kentucky and Pennsylvania
3 November 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- Instant Win Gaming, a leading supplier of eInstant games to NASPL and WLA-member lotteries, has expanded its Rocket Jackpots multi-state progressive network with the addition of the Kentucky Lottery and Pennsylvania Lottery.
Following a successful debut with the North Carolina Education Lottery and Virginia Lottery just months ago, Rocket Jackpots now spans four lotteries, bringing its distinctive player experience to an even broader audience.
The program combines the excitement of multi-state progressive jackpots with IWG's InstantFuse technology, which creates a daily event where two independent jackpots merge into a single enhanced prize opportunity.
Powered by IWG's InstantFuse technology, Rocket Jackpots features two independent multi-state progressive jackpots, the Power Jackpot and Boost Jackpot, which grow separately during standard gameplay. During scheduled Power Boost Hours, InstantFuse combines the two jackpots into a single, larger prize, the Power Boost Jackpot, creating a moment of heightened anticipation and excitement for players. Once the Power Boost period ends, the jackpots separate and resume growing independently until the next Power Boost event.
Rocket Jackpots is powered through IWG’s proprietary InstantRGS, enabling the program to expand into new jurisdictions without requiring development support from their iLottery platform providers. IWG serves as jackpot manager and administers the settlement of jackpot prize monies across participating lotteries.
Jason Lisiecki, Executive Vice President at IWG, said: “We’re excited to welcome Kentucky and Pennsylvania to Rocket Jackpots. InstantFuse creates a player experience unlike traditional progressive jackpots, giving players a daily period of heightened excitement as the Power and Boost jackpots merge into a single prize opportunity.
“By combining anticipation, engagement, and bigger prize potential into a recurring event, InstantFuse delivers a unique experience that drives player retention and keeps players engaged over time. We look forward to sharing that experience with even more players as the program continues to grow.”
