New dining specials at two Westgate Las Vegas restaurants
9 March 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- Long recognized for hosting some of the most iconic entertainment moments in Las Vegas history, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is once again extending that legacy to its culinary offerings with the introduction of new signature dining experiences at Edge Steakhouse and the world’s largest Benihana.
At Edge Steakhouse, guests can now enjoy a new Land and Sea three-course late-night menu, available nightly from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring highlights such as expertly grilled prime cuts paired with buttery lobster tail, seasonal accompaniments like roasted asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes, and indulgent desserts including rich chocolate cake — all crafted to deliver a refined steakhouse experience for $79.99. The offering provides a sophisticated late-night dining option for both visitors and locals.
Edge Steakhouse has also introduced a three-course Date Night menu featuring a six-ounce Wagyu strip loin and five-ounce lobster tail for $125, creating an indulgent dining experience ideal for a much-needed night out, celebrations and special occasions.

At Benihana, guests can now experience the restaurant’s Shell-a-Brate Lobster Specials, available through 2 April, showcasing fresh lobster dishes prepared with Benihana’s signature flavors and tableside presentation, including the $99 6-course meal featuring over 1lb. of lobster. Additionally, the restaurant has introduced Benihana Express at Bar Sake, offering the full Benihana menu in a relaxed, fast-casual setting, providing a convenient option for happy hour, pre-show dining and casual evenings out.
Benihana has also debuted a new five-course Hibachi Smoking Deal for just $39.99 - combining classic grilled favorites for a value-driven dining experience (only available at ala carte dining tables).
